A French Art Nouveau era (1900s) stickpin with beautiful detail of a lady holding flowers. Her hair is up and she is wearing diamond necklace. The back also has flowers detailing. This is a fine example of the era craftmanship, where this was done with hands, not machines. The lines are very crisp, it's as if she was stored in a box and never worn before.

This is the work of artist Jean Baptiste Émile Dropsy (French) as signed by the distinctive maker's mark. Jean Baptiste Émile Dropsy (born in 1948) was the son of famed French marble sculptor: Jean Baptiste Dropsy. But instead of doing sculptural work, Émile focused instead in metal work. He focused on medallions with design in Art Nouveau and religion.

A chic touch to any attire - wear one for subtlety or a few of them to make a statement. Perfect for women or men, on a jacket lapel, a tie, a hat - the sky is your limit.
